Return Process

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original packaging, including all labels and tags, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
